Your Rights Under GDPR and nDSG

Available Request Types
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR / Art. 25 nDSG) — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) — Request that we limit how we process your data.
- Portability (Art. 20 GDPR / Art. 28 nDSG) — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR / Art. 21 nDSG) — Object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
What to Expect
- Identity verification — After you submit this form, we will send you a verification email to confirm your identity. This is required to protect your data from unauthorized access.
- Response time — We will respond to your request within 30 days of verifying your identity. If your request is particularly complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by up to 60 additional days, and we will notify you of any such extension.
- No fee — In most cases, we will process your request free of charge. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on it.
